| 2025 | The audited accounts for KGS Garden CIC for 2024/25 as prepared by our accountants are attached. This is the first year of operation for KGS Garden CIC, following transfer to it of the assets and undertaking of KGS Garden Association on 21 October 2024. | 2024 | The accounts for KGS Garden Association for 2023/24 as prepared by our accountants are attached, as well as the prior year for comparison. As mentioned at our AGM, 2023/24 was a busy year for the Association, involving a number of investments (many ‘one-off’ in nature) leading to a deficit for the year. Major items included a new shed to comply with council requirements, key and lock replacement with electronic keys for greater security, a substantial number of new trees and legal costs associated with transitioning to a CIC entity, to safeguard title to the gardens. | KGSGA – Accounts 2024 |
