The audited accounts for KGS Garden CIC for 2024/25 as prepared by our accountants are attached.
This is the first year of operation for KGS Garden CIC, following transfer to it of the assets and undertaking of KGS Garden Association on 21 October 2024. Those reviewing the accounts should note that the surplus for the year includes cash transferred from the Association on transfer of assets to the Company on 21/10/24, which included reserves generated from Association surpluses in prior years.
