The accounts for KGS Garden Association for 2023/24 as prepared by our accountants are attached, as well as the prior year for comparison.
As mentioned at our AGM, 2023/24 was a busy year for the Association, involving a number of investments (many ‘one-off’ in nature) leading to a deficit for the year. Major items included a new shed to comply with council requirements, key and lock replacement with electronic keys for greater security, a substantial number of new trees and legal costs associated with transitioning to a CIC entity, to safeguard title to the gardens.
